Check second-hand vehicle secure-payment information through e-Devlet
Türkiye’s notaries announced an inquiry service for secure-payment information on registered second-hand vehicle sales/transfers. It became available on 12 May 2026; the notice was published on 15 May.

The transaction’s buyer or seller can view relevant secure-payment application and transaction information through e-Devlet.
The inquiry shows the last 15 days. Representatives cannot use it to view transactions completed on another person’s behalf.
