e-Tebligat: 30 November deadline for covered businesses not yet enrolled
Türkiye’s tax authority published Communiqué 596 on 11 October 2026, setting enrollment periods for its electronic tax-notification system. Covered businesses that had not enrolled before publication must join by the end of 30 November 2026.

What changed
The date follows Article 7: enrollment is due by the end of the month after publication. Covered businesses starting after publication have 15 days after starting to enroll.
Users enrolled before 1 July 2026 continue with their existing credentials without a new application.
Who is affected
Corporate taxpayers, real-basis income taxpayers with commercial, agricultural or professional earnings, and collective and ordinary limited partnerships, subject to Article 6 exceptions.
Qualifying first acquisitions of registrable goods in SCT (ÖTV) Schedule II require enrollment before registration is completed. This does not cover every second-hand car purchase.
Why it matters
A notification is deemed delivered at the end of the fifth day after it reaches the system. Missing SMS or email alerts do not change its validity or timing, so check the account regularly.
What to do next
Check your enrollment, taxpayer category and any exceptions with your accountant or tax office. If enrollment is required and you have not joined, apply through Dijital Vergi Dairesi or the relevant tax office.
