Turing’s Gürbulak and Van office closure notices
Turing’s official office page says its Gürbulak and Van offices have been closed from 1 May 2026 until further notice because international restrictions prevent carnet issuance.
What changed
The notice concerns these two Turing service offices. May 1 is the start of the closure; the announcement date is not supplied.
Who is affected
People planning to use carnet-related services at either office.
Why it matters
Checking before travel can avoid a wasted visit. A Turing office closure does not establish that the border crossing itself is closed.
What to do next
Before travelling, check current availability and the appropriate route for your required service through the official office page and Turing.
